The County has not stated as to when they will begin implementing their plan for reopening, but when they do it will supersede any and all of the State orders.

GJ Chamber Joins Other Business Organization Across the State to Oppose Electronic Signature Gathering
|
Earlier this week, the Grand Junction Area Chamber of Commerce signed on to a letter urging Governor Jared Polis to not waive requirements for in-person signature collection. The state constitution currently prohibits the electronic collection of voter signatures, but Governor Polis can ask the state supreme court to suspend the law. Along with not complying with Colorado law, electronic signature gathering greatly jeopardizes the state’s election process, completely opening the door to voter fraud.
